To ensure the longevity and performance of your DTF film, it’s essential to store it under the right conditions. Follow these guidelines to maintain the quality of your film:

  • Temperature: Store the film in a cool, dry place with a temperature range of 15-25°C. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, as this can affect the film's adhesive properties and overall performance.

  • Humidity: Keep the film in an environment with relative humidity between 30-50%. Excessive moisture can lead to poor adhesion and print quality, while very low humidity can make the film brittle.

  • Packaging: Store the film in its original packaging or a sealed, airtight container to protect it from dust, dirt, and other contaminants. Ensure the film is flat and not bent or rolled tightly, as creases can affect the transfer process.

  • Handling: Handle the film with clean, dry hands to prevent oils or moisture from contaminating the surface. Avoid touching the printable side of the film to maintain its integrity.
